A fun day out ......
with our super host Liz. We had a great time seeing the area, even though rain was threatening we never got wet. We were collected in a super comfortable minivan with great visibility. Liz drove safely and competently while giving us an interesting commentary on the area. We did tastings of cheese, honey, ice-cream, lots of wine as well as a delicious platter style lunch in a sculpture garden/winery. ... more Also checked out a Kauri tree and restored ship on the river as well as giving us lots of ideas of where to go when we return. We all enjoyed a super day out!
