Day 1 Arrival – SATURDAY 
Your magical holiday begins when a driver arrives to transfer you from the airport to your luxurious hotel. Watch the stunning landscape sweep past and then once you arrive, unpack your belongings, say hello to the other guests, and explore the gorgeous area a little if you wish. Welcome to Santorini!
Enjoy a free evening to already explore the magic area at your leisure. Dinner on your own.

Day 2 Wine and Our Ancient Past - SUNDAY
Your wine tasting and wine making classes today will be combined with expeditions to two amazing sites. The first just may well be the site of Atlantis itself near a Bronze Age site by the topaz blue Aegean sea, and the second is an ancient monastery which has some seriously beautiful views. The tour will finish with a wine-tasting.
Light lunch will be served at the end of the tour.

Day 3 Greek Cooking – MONDAY
Santorini is renowned for its delectable Mediterranean cuisine, and today you will be taught to make some classic Greek dishes by an expert local chef. Enjoy some traditional Greek spirits including Ouzo, before lunch in a delicious nearby restaurant. The afternoon is yours to spend as you please, after the morning's cookery course, and we recommend some swimming in the red or black sea.
Enjoy a fresh-cooked lunch at a traditional restaurant.

Day 4 Countryside and Volcanoes – TUESDAY
Today, we head out into Santorini's beautiful countryside to learn about how its mineral-rich volcanic soil is responsible for the unforgettable tastes of local wines such as Assyrtiko, Nykteri, and Vinsanto (famed for its sweetness). Of course, you will be tasting these wines during the day too.

Day 5 Free Day – WEDNESDAY 
Spend this day however you please: eating in local restaurants, lounging on the beach, strolling through the wonderful scenery, or swimming in the sea.

Day 6 Santorini Cooking – THURSDAY
Unique Cooking! Santorini, like all of the Cycladic Islands, is a place where fava beans, tomatoes, olives, and other ripe and juicy foodstuffs grow in abundance - often with very little water. Today's cookery course will enable you to get to grips with some cherished local recipes. You will be cooking an authentic Santorini meal, which you can then enjoy with some delightful local wine.

Day 7 Sunset Sailing and Hot Springs – FRIDAY 
Spend the main part of the day however you wish (perhaps by shopping for souvenirs), then let us whisk you away on a sunset sailing experience. Watch the sun break over the towering volcanoes and swim in a bubbling, restorative hot spring.
Dinner included will be served on board.

Day 8 Goodbye For Now – SATURDAY
Today we will take you home. As Santorini is an island, your departure and transfer times will be dependent on local ferries. After breakfast, Private Transfer to the port/airport of Santorini.

Santorini is an island, transfer times are dictated by the ferry schedule. You may travel by boat from Athens Port (Piraeus). It is a 6-8 hour journey. Please note that you must organize your arrival flights to be in Santorini on Saturday ( through a direct flight or a connection flight via Athens International Airport).

If you cannot keep flight times within these parameters, plan to spend extra time in Athens before and/or after your vacation. 

Also, the cooking lessons and the escorted/guided tours will be done English.

In order to ensure personalized attention, each trip and the culinary lesson is done with a small group, bringing a sense of exclusivity. Spaces on each unique tour are limited. Due to local events such as seasonal festivals, holidays, etc., the order of activities is subject to change.

To get to the international airport of Athens or your hotel in Athens (if you wish to stay longer in Greece), it is very easy and cheap as well, as buses (prices vary from 1,40 to 5 €) take you straight to the airport or elsewhere in Athens. Taxies are also at the port.

Due to local events such as seasonal festivals, holidays, etc., the order of activities is subject to change.

Come and enjoy with us 2 days (3 nights) on our Wine Tour in Santorini where we welcome you with a drink at the Fanari an hour before sunset, depending on the time of year, and later ... moreon, savor dinner there. You can check in at around 2 pm.

You’ll be accommodated at the most romantic part of the island, you’ll be amazed by the magical ambience at the Fanari Villas. It is just over a hundred yards from the point where, it is said, the highest number of marriage proposals in the world are made. The ambience in Fanari as the sun dips below the horizon is always fantastic. You can enjoy, for exemple, a meal of slow-cooked roast lamb with some excellent Santos Aidani wine. It is a delightful hotel of choice for those visiting Santorini.

The first day is characterized by a visit to three wineries with tastings! You’ll have lunch then visit the fascinating medieval site of Acrotiri, frozen by a volcanic eruption that took place around 1600 BC. You get a chance to visit the beautiful red and white beaches with a stop at the hot springs for a mud bath. Enjoy a delicious onboard barbecue coupled with unbounded Santorinian white wine and soft drinks.

The menu includes; grilled chicken, pork skewers, and vegetarian meals such as roasted vegetables, pasta with red sauce, stuffed vine leaves, and Greek salad.

Return to the port, meet your guide and start the second part of your tour. First stop is Venetsanos winery where you´ll taste 3 distinctive wines of the island while gazing over the volcano.
